Good day readers, I am currently updating my blog from an internet station, because my internet provider, well, basically provided me with... NOTHING!

I'm really in quite a foul mood today and I minced no words to define to PLDT's customer disservice reps the meaning of INCONVENIENCE.
In this backyard country such as ours, you pay for lousy service because there's no alternative. You really have no choice. This is so true of utilities. And these companies can go on with their going concern (the recurrence of the words is intentional) with impunity. A sad reality that we must face everyday.
These businesses know that at the end of the day, you need them more than they need you. And in the game of negotiation, that's a sure win.... for them.
