A Recent Publication

Good day friends!

I wrote a new article recently for Tulay, a Filipino-Chinese community newspaper that comes out monthly. This is inserted in a local Filipino-Chinese newspaper "World News Daily". The community paper Tulay is a project of the Kaisa Foundation. I bet you have heard of it.
